What to expect
<p>During Open Gym, the space is available for you to use as you wish, without a set program or instructor guidance. You are responsible for planning and managing your own workout, including warm-up, exercises, pacing, and cooldown.</p><p>Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we ask that you use it respectfully and return everything to its place when finished. While staff may be present for general oversight, no coaching, spotting, or structured support is provided.</p><p>Please be aware of others using the space and follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.</p>
